Map – Gulf of Slides

This is roughly where the bottom of the “Gulf of Slides” are. Park at Pinkham Notch, head south a bit towards the Sherbourne Trail and head south, you can’t miss the trail and it will take you right to skiing. There is plenty of back-country skiing in this spot, big open snowfields to narrow gullies. Be warned that the Forest Service does not have any rangers in this area and they do not do any avalanche forecasting here.
