Skiing Great Gulf On Mount Washington

Great Spring Skiing on Mount Washington

Get out of Tuckerman Ravine, and explore Mount Washington for some of the best skiing in New England. Great Gulf  just on the other side of the Mount Washington Auto road from Tuckerman Ravine provides longer runs, and more interesting terrain for skiing, especially in late spring when the crowds in Tuck’s get out of control. The Great Gulf has steep northeast facing gullies that all end up at or near Spaulding Lake, a gorgeous alpine lake tucked in the woods below.
